I had some recalls on my 2004 Ram 2500 that the original owner never took care of. I went by there and spoke to one of the service advisors who were more than happy to take care of the recalls. Long story short, I had to take it back twice for them to do everything due to the age of my truck. While it was there they found that the horn pad was shot and there were no replacements after market or oem. They told me that if I found a replacement on the internet they would install it at no charge. I found it they installed it! I usually order oem parts that are still available from them! I never liked the car buying experience. I usually just write down what I want and wish to pay on a piece of paper and hand it to the floor manager; avoid human contact as much as possible. Kevin made the experience easy to handle. No high-pressure sales tactics, and he just left me alone to check out the car. Negotiation of the OTD price met with little resistance, and I got the payment terms I'm comfortable with. From our first time coming into the dealership Jesse was what I'd call a no pressure salesman. My daughter's lease was coming up and we were ready to return her 2022 Jeep Gladiator but were on the fence as to what truck would be a good fit .
