I believe it says something when a previous employee continues to patronize a business he once worked for. Some of the reasons I worked for Forresters and continue to return now as a customer is that I’ve found them to be down to earth, approachable, fair and honest in their dealings. When I realize the slow leak in my front tire on the driver side needed attention, I took it to my dealership. Forrester and the service manager found a slot for me the very day that I took it in which I did, and he came back to say that I had a bold in the margin of my tire so it needed to be replaced and I said fine replace it and then he called me on Saturday. This was Friday then on Saturday he called to say that I have a warranty with them and therefore I could get the tire replaced it no cost so the only catch was it had to be the same brand tire that was on there unfortunately there wasn’t one in Chambersburg so I was able to use a car from enterprise and use that until my tires repaired and so I was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you, Forrester.
