He took his time to make sure the car was perfect and all questions were answered. He even helped to set up the app and infotainment center. When I realize the slow leak in my front tire on the driver side needed attention, I took it to my dealership. Forrester and the service manager found a slot for me the very day that I took it in which I did, and he came back to say that I had a bold in the margin of my tire so it needed to be replaced and I said fine replace it and then he called me on Saturday. This was Friday then on Saturday he called to say that I have a warranty with them and therefore I could get the tire replaced it no cost so the only catch was it had to be the same brand tire that was on there unfortunately there wasn’t one in Chambersburg so I was able to use a car from enterprise and use that until my tires repaired and so I was very pleased with the outcome. We were there 5.5 hours 5.5 hours!!! 3. Detail job was terrible: floor mats weren't washed, just swept. Dirt in the creases of the seats. New sales person was very nice. I have bought 10 new cars in my life and this by far was easiest and most transparent experience I ever had. Todd was wonderful! I called him from Michigan when I found that Forrester Lincoln had that last brand new 2026 Corsair with my exact specification. Todd was so helpful and honest from the get go. He went out and made sure the car on the lot was brand spanking new and the one I wanted. He sent me multiple photos and the car specs. The price that was advertised was the exact price I paid and Todd was so easy to work with I almost forgot I was buying a car, one of the things I hate most in life. I wish all dealerships and car sales people were like Forrester and Todd. It was well worth the drive from Michigan to Pennsylvania. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy or lease a car to do it from Todd and Forrester. The show room is absolutely gorgeous and everyone that works there is exceptional.
