I had such an amazing experience here! The staff and manager were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable and valued. You can truly tell that they care about their customers and take pride in providing great service. The manager was especially wonderful and made sure everything was taken care of. I came in for service at 1st Nissan of Simi Valley with my Nissan Titan XD, and Eddy Hernandez was easy to work with. He took the time to explain what was needed and made sure I understood everything along the way. I appreciated how attentive the team was and the care they gave my truck. Overall, the experience left me feeling confident about the work being done. The Titan XD required major service and the technicians did the repair timely and properly. We recently purchased a 2026 Nissan Murano SL from First Nissan of Simi Valley. The process was absolutely amazing! From the moment we stepped into the dealership we noticed a completely different vibe. Most car dealerships try to pressure you and want to talk about financing as soon as you walk through their doors. They immediately "swoop you up" and feel like a bunch of sharks in a feeding frenzy. However, at First Nissan the salesmen and managers were refreshingly calm, very patient, and extremely helpful without ANY pressure whatsoever. If you want to feel like friends and family are helping you along your car buying experience, then you definitely should come to this dealership. They work as a team and feel like a family with a warm smile extending a helping hand. The managers, Will and Adam, were so friendly and kind. Isaiah helped us with some test drives and was really happy to lend a hand. Our salesman, Francisco, answered all of our questions and encouraged us every step of the way. He understood that we wanted to take our time in making the best decision, without any pressure. We came back several times to ask questions and to test drive a couple of different cars that we were trying to decide between. Each time we were greeted with a smile and an eagerness to make sure that we were happy. I would 100% recommend this dealership and any of the staff members who work here. We absolutely couldn't be happier! Thank you to the family at First Nissan from the bottom of our hearts!!

The moment we walked into the dealership, we were greeted with a relaxed and friendly smile and handshake from Francisco. We were listened to and test drove the car we wanted within 10 minutes. The car we chose was the 2026 Nissan Sentra for the advertised lease special. It drives very smooth, has fantastic acceleration, and is roomy inside with loads of special features. The built in driving safety made us feel extra protected.
The white color car was not part of the advertisement special, but the manager Adam went above and beyond to work with the numbers, and made it work for our budget. I traded in my 2010 Mercedes C300 and they were more than fair with that as well.
The financing was super quick, straightforward thorough and easy.
In all it was one of the BEST EXPERIENCES I have ever had at a car dealership. At no time did I ever feel pressured to purchase anything. It was truly like doing business with a trusted friend.

A tire maintenance light came on in my car. I stopped in to First Nissan to see what was the matter. It was just a warning light to rotate my tires but at first Nissan, Eddy took my car in immediately, rotated the tires, and changed my oil. I was planning on going out of town that weekend and they wanted me to be safe on my trip. Seriously what other dealership does that? None in my experience. Mr Eddy has been my service advisor from another Nissan location and I am so glad to see him at Nissan Simi Valley. He always has a smile and welcoming demeanor. He is very patient in explaining the work needed for my car. When he is busy, Jordan the service manager, steps in and gets the work order started and always check how the previous work was and if everything is well.
Visiting at this location is great- even the service shuttle driver, Rudy is so nice and fun to talk to during pickup and drop off rides.
