I recently purchased a vehicle from the dealership and Myha was exceptional with her service. Best sales staff I have met at any dealership. Thoroughly professional, non-pushy, super helpful and transparent in communication. I had reserved the vehicle almost 2 months in advance, through all the build phases of the vehicle, she kept me updated until the delivery. The lease was up on our β23 Corolla Hatchback, which we had planned to purchase but didnβt change the plates in time for. Tini Elezaj made a difficult situation as easy as possible. He explained the entire process to me clearly and with a great sense of humor, and was very accommodating to my husband who had just undergone surgery when we came in to sign paperwork and claim our new lease. We tried 4 different dealerships in the Philly region and this was the only one that was honest and had no gotcha or gimmick. This is my first time using Ardmore Toyota for service. I recently purchased a 2026 RAV4. I needed a repair after running my car thru a car wash which knocked a piece of my front bumper. My wife recommended Mike Karp after purchasing her 2020 RAV4 in 2019 because she didn't feel pressured into the purchase. Well it was my turn to hand over my 2009 Camry XLE and search for a new RAV4. We went to Mike and he greeted us with a warm welcome and listened to what we wanted to buy. In my mind I thought I wanted one particular color, but he let me see the RAV4's that were waiting for pickup and the blue I thought I wanted was the color that pleased me, Mike showed my wife and I a beautiful Meteor Shower color that took our breath away. We ordered the RAV4 Limited with the packages I wanted, with no pressure from Mike at all. The pick up day was pleasing for us. He showed us the RAV4 that arrived for us, it looked beautiful. We completed the paperwork required for the purchase ant took care of financial matters and we became p to our owners of our new 2026 RAV4. Mike didn't just hand us the keys for us to drive off. He patiently explained the features, he helped me set up the many services offered so I would be able to use them.
