My experience here was great! Brand new 2026 Optiq! James was very friendly and not pushy as a salesperson. I get very defensive coming into a car dealership, but he made me feel comfortable and at ease. Chris was the sales manager, he's a star! Magician with the numbers. Says a lot to walk away with your new vehicle w/o feeling like you may have been taken advantage of. Haven't really felt compelled to write a review after buying a car before, but the overall great/low-stress experience warranted a shout out. Ty

My husband decided he wanted a new car for us after he saw the Cadillac CT 5 in the parking lot of his gym. After watching several Youtube videos on how best to negotiate for a new car he called 2 nearby Cadillac dealers, Crestview Cadillac in West Covina and Mark Christopher in Ontario. Starting the process on the phone, Crestview offered us the best MSRP and OTD, Out the Door price for a 2026 CT5. We went to the dealership and were greeted by Jason who was friendly and capable. John his sales manager gave us the price we wanted for our trade in 2021 Chevy Trailblazer. The overall experience was very pleasant and they delivered our fully gassed up detailed new vehicle. This is a family owned dealership who takes care of their employees and customers. I highly recommend them. Never owning a Cadillac before we are now proud owners of beautiful, sexy CT 5. I enjoyed the experience from start to finish! everyone was very professional and most importantly, not pushy at all!! i went in with my wife, we looked at the car and got the offer within 30mins; after which i informed them that it would be about a month before i can make a decision. Avia reached out once in this duration and she was just updating me. I reached out and asked for the best offer, and with all honestly, they gave me the best deal i could get in California (trust me i did my homework). I've been planning to buy a new Cadillac for a while. I went to another dealer and took a test drive and found the model I wanted wasn't usually on lots and I'd probably have to order one and wait. I kept an eye out for my model - a CT5-V in black at all the socal dealers. Crestview got one and in looking around it was priced about $5,000 less than any other dealer for the same car. I called and lined up a test drive and met with Jason a sales rep. He was friendly and knowledgeable- not a high pressure car salesman type at all. He explained Crestview is family owned and that they sell cars at sticker, so no markup to have to negotiate down. I was able to qualify for a couple promotions and managed to save even more money. I spoke to the sales manager about some of them, and he also confirmed they don't play games, they're pretty straightforward on pricing. I was very happy with the deal and drove away that day with the car I had been looking for! Fast forward 2 weeks later and I hear a terrible sound coming from my brakes. I was sure the caliper was seized and it was going to need repair. Cadillac roadside assistance wanted to send me to the closest dealer but couldn't confirm when they would get my car or how long repair would take. I told them I wanted to go to Crestview because I had a good relationship. I texted Jason after hours on a weekend and he assured me he would be there on a Sunday to take my car from the tow truck and get it in for service first thing Monday morning. Both Jason and the sales manager called me first thing Monday morning and they made my repair a priority. Turns out a rock got stuck in the brakes and was a relatively easy fix. They gave the car a complete safety inspection, even though it only had 600 mi on it, and even washed it for me. I'm very impressed with the level of customer care and service Crestview has given me so far. I've owned other Cadillacs and dealt with other local dealerships, but Crestview has won me as a customer!

James was exceptionally attentive and incredibly patient. To be honest, my mom can be a hard customer especially at her age now. She's picky, indecisive, and flip flops a lot on her decisions which can make it tough on me to move forward with things despite it being necessary. Our old Cadillac Escalade was on its last legs so we came in hoping to find a new one. I personally preferred a smaller car so we went with the XT6 below the Escalade. There was a silver one but it unfortunately got taken really fast by a couple who was there before us! Luckily, James found us a great option despite it being white. White isn't typically a color my mom wants but the pricing was better than the silver and the miles on it were still very little. Even better, the license plate had numbers my mom liked since she's superstitious about that!! Car buying process is always long but James did his best to help us out, answer our questions, etc. Since we couldn't take the car away same day, he was even willing to show up on his day off the next day to assist us with taking our new XT6 away. His patience and understanding has really made everything slightly less stressful. He even gave me time to discuss a lot of things over with my mom, who I needed to translate stuff from English to Vietnamese for. Overall, the experience was somewhat easier due to James. I'd highly recommend people work with James when they come to Crestview for buying, leasing, etc.
