I called to inquire about a 2026 CT5V Blackwing they had in stock and spoke with Avia Yin who is very professional, courteous and provided top notch customer service. Great customer service. Walked in with intentions to "just see the 2026 Blackwings in person", versus online. Met with Avia who was very professional, showed us the 3 they had on the lot. The sales representative and manager also worked with us to offer a competitive price, and I appreciate their efforts during the purchase process. I am sharing this review not because of the $500 itself, as several months have passed and this is no longer about the amount. My intention is simply to share my experience and remind future buyers to carefully confirm all details of promotional offers before making a decision. During our purchase, we were offered a $500 benefit related to the Cadillac/GM credit card. However, the requirements, approval process, and possibility of not being approved were not clearly explained. Since the salesperson was recommended by a friend, I trusted the information provided and did not expect there would be any issue. After the purchase, I followed up several times through phone calls and emails to better understand the situation. I received one response, but unfortunately there was limited communication afterward regarding this matter. I believe the main issue was not the $500 itself, but rather the importance of clear communication, transparency, and customer support throughout the entire process. While $500 may not be a significant amount to everyone, it can be meaningful to many customers, especially when making a major purchase. I am still happy with my Cadillac and appreciate the deal I received. I hope the dealership can provide clearer explanations about promotional offers, including all requirements and possible outcomes, and continue improving customer support after the sale. It was a used one at first, then went to leasing since my employer paid for my lease. After I retired I then purchased my own. I always dealt with Ginger Diaz in sales.
