Had appointment to correct a known transmission issue on 2017 Chevy Colorado pickup per a GM technical services bulletin. Per the TSB, transmission fluid was flushed and replaced, and I got the call at 8:15 am that it was completed, so a prompt response. Need to drive the vehicle up to 200 miles before deciding this was the proper fix. In addition to the fluid, two hours of transmission labor at $175 per hour was charged, this despite how early it was done relative to their starting time. Perhaps multiple technicians worked concurrently on the vehicle, but it seemed expensive for a flush and replace. I was not provided with a cost estimate ahead of time, that would have been welcomed to avoid any surprises.

Went in for an oil change and rotate the tires. Service advisor Steve Dietrich made me aware of a silent recall. They were going to take care of it right away but tge had to order a part. Steve called me the following day to set an appointment to take care of the recall. He is personable and knowledgeable and has made my experience at Bob Fisher pleasurable. Thanks again Steve.

The first time using Bob Fisher for my C5 Corvette service I was not pleased for reasons concerning a failed state inspection. Other work performed at that time was met expectations with courteous attention by individuals involved. My Corvette is driven 1,500 miles / year and had never failed to pass a state inspection. The intermittent directional signal problem diagnosis, I did not feel was accurate. A major Corvette restorer in West Chester had a different diagnosis and repair which did not work properly over the long term. A flasher was ordered and installed this week curing an intermittent problem over the past six years. Despite being an expensive labor charge for the repair, I thank Bob Fisher for a proper diagnosis and repair. The problem is solved. Thanks to Steve Dietrich and his tech for solving the issue at last. I’m a pleased Bob Fisher customer. Five Stars to the dealership. I recommend them to other C5 owners. Kendall Pratt

I've gotten some work done here a few times, everyone is so friendly and helpful! This time, the day I took my car in with my estimate, I was only stopping by to have someone look at it and to make a future appointment, but they took my car immediately, got me into a rental and sent me on my way within about 15-20 minutes! They communicate throughout the process, and let us know timeframes. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I purchased my 2016 Silverado years ago from a dealer in Lancaster and had been making the drive for service ever since. After going to Bob Fisher, I won’t be doing the Lancaster drive again. The service was outstanding and the prices on a variety of work were more than competitive compared to what I had been paying. My technician, Chad, kept me informed with the progress through 3 texts and a phone call throughout the day. I am VERY pleased with the entire process and experience. Great job!

Good overall however when a price is quoted over the phone but at checkout other fees are added ie., shop fee and parts fee, it smacks of bait and switch tactics. It was not very much but should have been disclosed prior to the service. For example an “ out the door price” should be clearly stated and adhered to and any additional fees should be OK’d by the customer prior to any parts or shop fees are added and not assumed by the service department to be normal and automatically charged. I will consider using Bob Fisher for service again however I will ask for a full “ out the door price” before I decide to use you. Thanks. PS., your service representative’s are just doing what there are instructed to do by management and I don’t blame them nor do I want them to feel I am being unfair in this comment. One of the things recommended was a lug nut change but I did not get a match to the other lug nuts. I experienced a dead battery in my garage I contacted about Fisher and they were able to get me a loaner car and was able to fit me in the same day to replace the battery. I find Bob Fisher always very helpful and as accommodating as they can be
