I thought I was driving too many miles to make a lease (which I really, really wanted) possible but they made it work! I got a fantastic deal on the beautiful gray/blue Prologue, and the support has NOT stopped! Eric delivered the car and sat with me and my husband for an hour going over features so I would feel comfortable driving the car the next day. I had to take my Civic in due to air conditioning not working properly. I thought it was going to be under warranty, however, it turns out I missed it by about a month. Don, the Service Manager, said he would contact Honda to see if they could help me out for "good will." 3 days later they contacted me to say this was denied. I was disappointed but had to get the repair and at least Don tried for me. I appreciated that. Don LeClercq was my Service Advisor. He was very kind, and went out of his way to properly assist me. He was terrific and deserves kudos!! Super professional and nice guy to deal with at Service. Lastly, I want to give recognition to a man named Ricardo. Another super guy from Honda. I changed cars in 2025. I had a Kira Niro from 2018-2025. I was in the process of keeping my next car in the Kia family but an oil issue came up with these cars and decided I wasn’t going to deal with them anymore. So I decided that the Hybrid Honda CRV would be my next choice. I purchased it in July 2025. I knew that a Honda dealership was near my home in Simi Valley. It was First Street Honda. I just want to share a little something about this dealership. When I went to go purchase my car 7 years ago, they were very nice and friendly to me and I got a pretty good deal. The guy who actually negotiated the deal with me was trying to be a little bit of a d*ck which I didn't appreciate but we got the deal done. Now what I really want to talk about is the service. Overall the car has been great with very little issues. I've brought my car in for standard service over the years, each time to this dealership and it's been nothing short of wonderful service. Always on time and the service is fast. Just recently I brought my car in for a A/c issue, they took care of it right away and at no charge. I honestly can't say enough good things about John and Ryan who have pretty much always been one of my service advisors each time I'm here. I highly recommend buying your vehicle from this location if nothing else for the wonderful service department they have here. I live in Westlake Village and while I have a Honda by me I drive all the way to Simi just so I can get my service done at First Honda, because they are that good. What I appreciated most was that he never pressured me or tried to push me into something I didn’t want or wasn’t comfortable with. He actually listened to what I wanted and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.

The only reason I gave you four stars is that you don’t have a courtesy driver. Each time I go back-and-forth to the dealership, even though it’s only about 3 miles, it costs me $30-$35 for an Uber. Perhaps the dealership could negotiate with Uber or Lyft to give a discount or The dealership could give some kind of a coupon for a discounted ride for Honda customers., particularly for those of us who have handicaps. Many of your customers do not have someone to drive them back-and-forth. So, this might be something for you guys to think about Since you are saving money on gas and paying a driver.!

I was basically laughed out of thousand oaks honda from a salesman named amir . I was negative to almost 6k on a very recent purchase but he and his shop did not inquire as to any work-arounds. In fact he took a call from his wife and asked if I would like to talk to her. I went to simi valley honda on first street just to inquire and was met with respect from the outset. From Albert the salesman.
