Always had great service on maintenance, can’t speak for the sales room as we purchased our car in Colorado prior to moving here, but the staff has always been polite and friendly. They try to keep price competitive for a reasonable amount considering they are a dealership, and Bryan has always help to keep us informed and communicate cost.linlin shi

Instead, he took the time to explain everything to us again and again until we truly understood and felt comfortable with our decision. What impressed us the most was Eric’s patience and dedication throughout the entire process. He stayed with us from the moment we arrived until we finally decided to take the car home that same day. He was even kind enough to go back home with us so we could pick up our check. That truly meant a lot to us and made us feel that he genuinely cared about helping us. Ask for Arlynne. Two weekends ago, my wife and I went shopping for a new car. After looking at Hyundai, we headed to First Kia to check out the Telluride, which was the Kia we were most interested in. When we arrived, we met Arylnne, who did an excellent job thoroughly showing us the Telluride and explaining its many features. Unfortunately, the power was out in the neighborhood, so we couldn’t review any numbers and had to return the following day. When we came back, Arylnne had the car ready so we could pick up right where we left off. The lease numbers were reasonable given the vehicle’s price and features, but we still had some concerns about which trim level would be best for us. Arylenne was incredibly patient and took the time to clearly explain and demonstrate the differences between each option. Thanks to her help, we were able to make a confident decision that we felt good about. We absolutely love our new Telluride. It’s amazing in every way. Arylnne gave us VIP treatment throughout the entire process and made the experience truly top-notch. If you’re interested in a Kia, I highly recommend visiting First Kia. This is hands down the best Kia dealership I've been to. I've purchased and serviced cars at both the Ventura and Glendale locations, and neither comes close to the exceptional service at First Kia.
