Purchasing my vehicle from Advantage Chevy was an amazing experience from start to finish. My salesman Luis was great and made the buying process simple all around. Ty the manager made me feel like I was at home with family. And lastly Dennis the finance manager didn’t try to snake me like most all other finance guys have done. Everything was made clear and to the point. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to bring my truck home. Advanatge had a customer for life in me and all of my friends and family will be referred there.

I have been going to Diablo Subaru since 2016, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The dealership has a relaxed, welcoming, and unpretentious atmosphere that immediately puts me at ease. When I came in to buy my 2026 Outback Touring XT, I was already feeling stressed, and the salesperson I initially worked with wasn't a good fit for me. The manager listened, stepped in, and connected me with Ladd, which completely turned the experience around. As a single woman buying a car on my own, it was especially important to me to work with someone who respected my knowledge and didn't talk down to me. Ladd was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but he also listened--and I even managed to teach him a few things about the car! Since I was replacing my 2024 Outback Touring, he gave me real insight into the differences between the two models and made sure I got exactly what I wanted at a price I felt comfortable with. We also bonded over our shared love of The Office, which made the whole experience more fun and personal. He has continued to follow up by text and has been available to answer my questions since I bought the car. If you want to get a car, DEFINITELY find Ladd, he is AMAZING! After my purchase, I had an appointment with Donald to go over all the new features. He was incredibly thorough and patient, and he even sent me home with some great Subaru swag (the dogs are Subaru devotees now, too). Mason has been my go-to service advisor, and I always know my car is in safe hands with him. He makes everything easy, always has a smile on his face, and genuinely looks for ways to save his customers money. When I got a flat tire, instead of making me buy an entire matching set, Mason had one new tire shaved down to match the tread depth of the others. I really appreciated that he found a safe and much less expensive solution. From the manager taking the time to connect me with the right salesperson, to Ladd making the buying experience so positive, to the continued care from Donald and Mason, Diablo Subaru has absolutely earned my loyalty.

Last month, I returned to Advantage after going there in the spring. At the time, my salesman RJ brought me numbers that I couldn't work out so I left. When I was ready last month I went back to see RJ and it was mainly because this was the least aggressive dealership that I ever dealt with. They didn't call text or email after my first visit and I liked that they gave me that space, whereas other dealerships blew up my phone so much it made me not want to deal with them. I also liked that at my first visit I was there maybe an hour tops which I appreciated.
When I did go back to purchase, I have to admit that the only thing I wasn't too happy with how long I was there this time. As a matter of fact,I was waiting so much that a few times other salesmen,as well as the manager, came over to see if I was being taken care of as i was sitting at RJ's desk. Although I had an appointment he was helping 2 other customers besides me. Its honestly probably the longest I have waited at a dealer ,since his attention was spread over 3 customers. So I was there about 4 hours which I didn't plan on and it threw my day off. However when RJ was working with me he was honest,professional and very nice. (Which is probably why he had 3 customers at the same time!) And once I did get a number that worked the process went fast.
Aside from the time issue, I have no reason not to recommend Advantage. They were patient and worked with me to get me within my budget and everyone I encountered there was very nice. When its time for my next car I definitely plan to return to them!

Advantage keeps my car on the road. I try to take their service suggestions when I can. I get estimates on thing’s that historically can go wrong on vehicles, then after they show me other items that newer vehicles have that can go wrong, all I’ve asked for is an estimate. I plan to keep my vehicle and repair when necessary, at some point replacement will happen, but I know my Equinox and after the last service (along with a “super tuneup “, it runs like new. At my height (6’4”), I can fit in GM and Chevy, but not foreign ones.

Thank you for such a great car-buying experience! I visited a couple of dealerships before hand but didn’t like the outcome.
