I purchased a low mile, used Cadillac (my first) CT4-V Blackwing. Delaney Philbrick was a rockstar throughout the purchase process. The one I test drove in the spring was amazing except it wasn't a manual so I continued my search. I was a weekend away from making another deal 500 mi away on a DC work trip when she called with a compelling offer on another one that was traded in. She held it for me to get back from my trip and drove a smooth purchase at a good value / price point. Their service center fixed all of the recall items on the punch list in a timely manner. Dealerships get reputations and I have to believe they have earned them - good or bad. I've been extremely happy with Holloway to date.
