We went into Dick's CDJR after I contacted sales online to make sure the truck was still in stock. I live 35 minutes away and did not want to drive to Wilsonville if it wasn't. The online price seemed too good to be true. Dillion got back to me and sent a personalized video of the truck. When we arrived later that day, we tried to make a deal but realized it wasn't going to work. Thankfully Dillion let me keep the deal paperwork. When I got home and looked over the paperwork, I realized the listed payoff on my trade was wrong (too high). Two days later Dillion checked in with me via text. I told him the correct payoff and that I had also failed to tell him I believed I qualified for another $500 rebate. I made him another offer. We eventually negotiated a deal and I bought the truck 4 days after our first test-drive. Dillion has only been selling cars for a few months but I was really happy working with him. He was not at all pushy and was pretty straightforward with me during the process. In the end I feel like he did his best to get me a really good deal. Once I got to finance, working with Tarek was a breeze. He explained the optional warranties but was not pushy at all. The interest rate he was able to get from my credit union on a Sunday afternoon was .25 percent more than I was quoted by the folks at OnPoint. Tarek personally contacted OnPoint and called me Monday to confirm the quoted rate I got, lowering my payment to slightly less than my wife and I agreed on. It was definitely worth the drive to Winsonville.colcruiser

Service team is great especially Rick, but it took a week before they looked at the vehicle to determine what was wrong and had no rental cars available so it costs me &150 in rental car fees while waiting for the service team to diagnose the problem. A very positive note is once the problems were discovered the repairs were quickly done saving me from having to rent a car more days.Joseph Anderson

I was in the market to purchase a late model diesel Ram 2500 Laramie to tow my trailer. I was looking for a while and finally found one that met my all my requirements online at Dick's CJDR in Wilsonville. Since I have been burned before by Ram salespeople who knew almost nothing about Ram trucks, I specifically asked for a product specialist when I made my appointment. I was greeted by Chris Crismundo who showed me the truck I was interested in purchasing. Chris did a great job answering all my questions. At no point did I feel any pressure to buy the truck from Chris or Josh, the finance guy.
