These guys are awesome! Had a really unfortunate experience at a dealership close to home. Drove out to Dick's to try my luck. Blake welcomed me immediately and was friendly, not pushy, asked what kind of information and experience I wanted and tailored my whole experience. Every individual that I encountered there let me know that they were sorry about the experience I had previously but we're eager to help and went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. I don't like to pull the "I'm a woman" card but I feel like I was very much talked down to at a competitor. These gentlemen were straightforward, honest, super helpful and patient. The turnaround has been consistent and his communication is awesome. His attitude when I come in is always positive and I feel like I am a VIP as he always acknowledges me and make sure that my needs are met. This is a great place to purchase a Ram truck new or used. They had a massive selection of trucks. On 7/18/26 I ended up trading in my 2021 Ram 1500 for a 2024 Ram 2500 that they had on the lot. The truck only had 13,000 mi on it. Cameron Jacobsen was the salesman that helped me out and got me a good deal on it. Not only that but Cameron went above and beyond. When I first called there and talked to him. It was almost closing time there and he went in the back and filmed video of some of the trucks I was interested in looking at. He had the trucks that I wanted to look at lined up and ready to go when I came in there the next day. I was able to text him and call him at any time. It went from talking to him on Friday to coming in there and buying a truck on Saturday. Quick, simple, no BS. Couldn't be happier with our purchase. For the business that I own , BLR TUNING, We are a tuning company. We also do maintenance work. Sometimes we have to pick up vehicles and sometimes we're towing our own vehicle. So having the 2500 was a must. We offer custom tuning for SXS, Street Bikes, HD, Dirt Bikes, ATV, RYKER, SPYDER. We have outgrown the 1500 and a 2500 RAM was a must.
