The only thing I'll say is that it does take a while to get an answer on what's going on and a solution buuuuut that's typically the case in a busy dealership. From the service writers to the mechanic's I am always impressed by their workmanship and I love the free car wash!
I did experience a problem the last visit when I explained that the rear wiper blade that was replaced on my 2014 Grand Cherokee several months ago was bowed from the time that it was replaced!
I did not realize the problem for several months because there was no need to use the wiper but when I did the center of the blade never touches the glass.
Instead of replacing the blade, I was told that I would have to pay for another wiper blade. Not very happy with that!
