Great experience receiving my first oil change at this location. Jackie the service express advisor was helpful through out my entire visit. My vehicle initially went in for an oil change and had to stay a few extra days at the dealership over a further issue. My experience with the folks over at Bettenhausen, in Tinley Park was great. Danny, Marc, Anna, and the rest of the team were awesome. Easy to talk to. Oh, and no pressure. Danny shared insight throughout the entire process. Marc was straight-forward, managing to leave out the BS of salesmanship. The atmosphere was relaxed.... until I seen what my notes were going to be 😂 Danny had the vehicle removed from the showroom for me. After that drive, I wasn't going home without it.
