    Joshua was efficient, communicated clearly, and enlisted the aid of a tech supervisor to reach a diagnosis. Because he took that extra step the identified problem was able to be fixed. Joshua was extremely helpful throughout and exceeded my expectation for customer service. He is a sterling representative of Center City Toyota!

    This dealer is so very convenient to Center City! We did have a mixup where we came to pickup our car answering a text from the dealer…but it was a mistaken text! However, they had the car finished and ready for pickup first thing the following morning! They aim to please!!

    Toyota Center City provides outstanding customer service and is an ideal place to purchase a car in Philadelphia. Their staff was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and fair at every step of the process, and we are thrilled with our Toyota RAV 4 (they also bought our old car). Manny and Mike were particularly helpful, and I highly recommend you seek them out. Overall, I have been to multiple dealerships in Philadelphia, and Toyota Central City was far and away the best experience. Our family plans on utilizing them for all our future car needs.

    I have had all 4 of my toyota cars serviced at Central City Toyota over the past twenty years. My most recent experience was with Brian as my customer service manager and I have worked with him many times in the past. He is always friendly, knowledgeable and patient with explaining what may need to be fixed with my car. He is helpful at prioritizing what is most important to get done for safety if I am not ready to get all the work done at once and isn't pushy about it. Most of the customer service managers have been good to work with there over the years and Jamie does a great job of managing it.

    Brought my car in for a state inspection. I misplaced my insurance card but Brian was able to check on my current card. Service was done in the time I was told. My wheels were out of alignment and Brian said it could be fixed in about 30 minutes. Very comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend this service department.
