Ram Truck had etorque issues with the MGU at 74k miles. After addressing my concern with the service advisor and advising of previous engine repairs to mitigate the problem, there were no issues with covering the repairs under the federal emissions warranty. The repair was done quickly and without delay. I’m very happy that this dealar works with the customer and creates a long term relationship. I’ve heard too many bad stories about other places, but at Bettenhausen Lockport they take care of you like your family!

So far so good! Just bought the car yesterday. Adam my salesperson was great. I have owned around 40 cars, the thing I dislike most about buying from a dealer is how long it takes to get the paperwork done and get me out! The last car I bought I told them to have all the paperwork 100% done ready for me to sign and walk out the door, before I would go in! Having said that, I think they were pretty fast and they didn't try to upsell me or add on anything after we negotiated the original price. I would recommend this dealership to people looking for a smooth, low pressure, straightforward experience.

Best service ever in 38 years. Appointment made in one day. It was diagnosed and fixed 24 hours later. Mind you this was a big job. An evaporator core replacement! Car was ready next day and was washed! Also they provided a resource for my 1965 Dodge Dart restoration which was a huge bonus. Also, it was the nicest CDJR facility I ever walked into. Staff was nicely dressed and answered all my questions. Can’t say enough about this experience. The best ever.
