Amy Hayes jumped right in and took care it for her. She could have said come back on Monday, its the end of the day, but nope.

After addressing my concern with the service advisor and advising of previous engine repairs to mitigate the problem, there were no issues with covering the repairs under the federal emissions warranty. The repair was done quickly and without delay. I’m very happy that this dealar works with the customer and creates a long term relationship. I’ve heard too many bad stories about other places, but at Bettenhausen Lockport they take care of you like your family!
