    Derron was great... and patient. i admit im a hard customer, with some atypical stances. Derrin kept checking in at appropriate time but not being obnoxious ever. It was nice to meet him after more than a month of negotiating. We had a great experience and have high regards for Derrin . He was honest and st straightf-forward with us throughout our time. We think we bought a great car and were glad Derrin could help us.

    I had a great experience at this dealership! Cadence was super friendly, approachable, and helpful during my test drive and the entire process after, navigating hiccups with ease and composure. I really appreciated it! The finance person Eric was also so kind and helpful, and answered all my questions with a tone that made me believe he truly was there to help. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend to anyone who’s looking!

    Had been waiting for two other dealerships to respond when I saw my Santa fe in an ad online. Called ahead and they had it ready to test drive when I arrived. Good relaxing test drive, salesman knew the model well. Easy buying process but did have to wait as finance was busy. Offered me extras I didnt take but expected.

    We just bought a 2027 Palisades Calligraphy and Cadence was the salesperson. To say she did an outstanding job would be an understatement and she made our car buying experience quite enjoyable. Her knowledge and willingness to consistently go above / beyond not only when we bought this vehicle but afterwards made us realize that getting outstanding customer service is something that she as well as Dicks still believe in.

    My old 11' car broke down, and they got me hooked up with a new Elantra. I had never gone with a Hyundai before, but the entire experience went smoothly the entire way. Nathan helped me through the entire process and was friendly throughout while explaining the differences and features of each version of the car. I look forward to dealing with this dealership in the future on any upkeep and maintenance.

    I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new car here!! They worked with me to get me the best price and value for my trade. I went with them at the end of the deal because they worked so hard to get me where I felt comfortable. The extra wash and detail at the end was a nice touch and very much appreciated! My sales rep, Cadence, was very sweet, not pushy, reassuring, patient and made the sales buying feel safe and easy. Financing at the end took a while to process but Eric was very nice and made it a smooth experience at the end. Overall, great experience and love my new car!

    Nothing but great experiences at Dick's Hyundai! We had been to another dealer but eventually ended up at Dick's and knew exactly what we wanted and where we needed to be at price wise and Derrin made it happen! As well as the finance team of course. And quickly too! No fussing around or anything. It eventually came up that Derrin had all 3 couples that were in the store at the time we were and I would never have known it because it still seemed like we had his whole attention basically the entire time. AND, humble brag, having all the customers in the store be YOUR customers. Seems like the guy is doing just a few things right! :) Thanks Derrin! LOVE my Sante Fe! Never thought we'd be Hyundai people, let alone the "dog bones" car but, it won me over quick! Thank you!

    I searched for a car for close to 6 months. Looked at lots of vehicles and dealt with several dealerships. Not all dealerships treat the customer as they should. This one did. Didn't rush my decision and was always available to answer my questions. My salesperson was Zack. He did a great job for me. His communication was clear and concise. I felt like he had my best interest in mind. Love my new car. If you are looking for a new ride.... look up Zack!

    Our experience with Domingo and Dick Hannah Hyundai was both good and bad. Domingo is a personable salesman and very knowledgeable about his product. He gave us a couple of very good test drives and was willing to spend the time we needed to make a decision and inspect the car. There was some high pressure selling from Domingo's sales manager on a car we weren't interested in the first time we went in. Once we made the decision to purchase the car, we left it there so we could get our finances in order and for them to do a service check on an error code we found and to detail the car. We went back in two days later to pick up the car and found that the car wasn't ready for us, even though the service department said it was. The car hadn't been truly detailed because we found dog hair and chip crumbs from the previous owner still there, in spite of the fact of pointing them out to Domingo. After taking possession of the car and starting the hour's long drive back to Vancouver, we discovered that the car had no trip permit. We had to turn around and go back to get it. Neither Domingo, nor the finance manager gave us a clear understanding of how the licensing process works. We have reached out several times and have still not received an answer. We love our car and believe we made the right choice.

When we arrived at the dealership, the price was exactly what had been quoted to us online—no surprises and no last-minute changes. Nathan was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He made the entire process straightforward and enjoyable.     Bought a 2024 Cyber Gray Ioniq5 Limited with Zach’s kind assistance last Friday. He was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I was expecting to get this car in Lucid Blue or Digital Teal, year 2026, and new, but there was none available. Zach showed me 3 cars in different colors and let me test drove them. I picked the cyber gray because it was my favorited one among all three. I “liked” it at the time of purchase. Now, I’ve driven it for a week daily and I really “love” it. Thank you, Zach!

Our salesperson, Tee, was willing to be patient with us over the span of a few days as we test drove a few vehicles and then went home to talk over this important purchase. Even on her day off, Tee was extremely helpful and happy to answer the plethora of questions we had for her.     Got a chance to work with Nathan and Jacob at Dick's Hillsboro Hyundai. They were super friendly and helped me get the information about the vehicle I was looking to buy. I have bought several used cars in the past, but this experience was way better than I have experienced in the past. The car was super clean, they were able to get it ready for my test drive and were super accommodating to ensure I had all of the information I needed to make a decision on the vehicle. The buying process was quick and easy and Nathan and Jacob helped communicate everything we needed to shorten, what is typically a very long process, to make it super quick and easy.     I had a somewhat unusual buying experience, and the team at Dick’s Hillsboro Hyundai made it as easy as they could. My previous vehicle was unexpectedly declared a total loss, and after my local dealership couldn’t provide a firm delivery date on the IONIQ 5 I had reserved, I started searching all over the Pacific Northwest for an available replacement. Derrin and the team were responsive, straightforward, and never made me feel pressured. They answered my questions promptly, provided the information I needed to make an informed decision from several hours away, and worked with me to put together a deal before I made the trip. I especially appreciated their willingness to be transparent throughout the process. If you’re looking for a dealership that communicates well and treats customers professionally, I would absolutely recommend Dick’s Hillsboro Hyundai. Thanks again for helping turn a stressful situation into an exciting one!

    Cody was the first person I spoke to when I arrived for my appointment. He was courteous when asking for specific information related to what issues I was having and what needed to be done. I asked about diagnostics and he explained what would transpire, approximately how long it may take and the cost. He also told me Alex would be heading up the work performed on my vehicle and I would also be dealing with him. Then he showed me into the waiting room and located a place where I could plug in my phone and work comfortably. Alex was also just as accommodating, keeping me apprised with what was happening by sending me a video of the undercarriage of my car which showed the oil leak and keeping me updated with the process and about how much time it would take to complete the job. After talking with Alex, I went back to the waiting room and was invited by your front desk to partake in lunch that was provided to the staff as I was going to be at your premises for several hours. Everything was done in a professional, yet warm, friendly atmosphere that I truly appreciate and thank you for.
