I brought my car in to get an oil change prior to a road trip. Josue was a great help from the start. He stayed in constant communication with me about my vehicle. I asked if they could also look at my rear passenger tire as the gauge was reading lower than the others. He came back to let me know I had a nail. We were able to get it fixed in a timely manner. We had a small mishap with the tire sensor. Josue advised the service manager Michael Lopez and they were able to get it fixed as soon as I was back from my trip. In between rain stops we would look at different styles of the Bolt! Was an easy choice to pick out a car! Financial person listened to our financial needs and we got financing we wanted —.
